Please make sure you are informed before stepping foot into Apex or any property management company in Bellingham. They are sharks and consider college students bait. Don't let them get away with it. Speak up if you think something is illegal. They think they can get away with doing unethical and illegal things because you are naive or because you won't complain. The owner of Apex is a bully, rude, disrespectful and a total scumbag. The apartment was really nice. Very spacious but totally overpriced! But thats what you get if you want to live downtown and I wanted to. It is right across the street from the Green Frog is the noise level is high at night until about 1 a.m. I had a parking spot in the garage but my car was broken into anyway. Maintence is okay. I always had things fixed when needed. Be learly about getting your deposit back from the very beginning. They will do everything they can to not give it back to you. Take pictures of the place before you move in and after.
