If there were security and social problems at the Park Terrace in the past there are not anymore. On the advice of another apartment manager I checked with the Auburn Police and there were no real problems for a couple of years. I have been here for 6 months. The management has been very friendly and helpful and they take very good care of the grounds and common areas. The tenants are quiet and friendly. Shopping is close by but even so it feels secluded and beautifully landscaped. I haven't heard any disturbances or seen a police car and the buildings are patrolled. It is just ideal for me and my wife. I recommend it for regular working people!
