Review for Englewood Garden Apts Apartments

I have lived here 6 wks and find trying to get problems resolved with the office staff very difficult. I know renters have rights and it seems to me they should be listened to when there is a problem. I know calls are screened and I feel like that is used to their advantage. There are water leaks on the sidewalks making it dangerous for some people trying to get to their vehicles or the garbage dumpster. Apt units at the bottom of the hill do not have car ports as some of the other units have. Drains to catch overflow from rain are clogged and water backs up to lower apt doors. Maintenance is not prompt when something goes wrong as a refrigerator freezing all the food or a range hood that needs to be tightened because when the wind blows it rattles. When you pay a premium price you expect quality help and so far I have not seen that. There are 265 apts here and only 3 maintenance people. They need more.
