Review for Country Club Apartments

My husband and I have lived @ our 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment for over 3 years and we LOVE it! It is at a convienient location within walking distance to Walmart, restaurants, and a gas station but secluded between wooded areas and a golf course. The apartment complex is less than a mile from the interstate and between the larger city of Huntington home of Marshall University and Barboursville which has WV's largest mall (5 minutes either way)! I ALWAYS feel safe and have seen police patroling the property frequently, along with apartment security. The parking is abundant compared to other apartments but sometimes is crowded on the weekends with tenants friends. The maintenance is great on both the beautiful grounds and when you place an order through the 24 hour line, they have always fixed anything within one day. The noise level is good but remember these are apartments. The interior is spectacular, very roomy and clean, I have only seen one bug ever in my apartment. The management staff is always understanding and thorough and planning many activites for the tenants each month. The beneifts are wonderful and include lighted Tennis, Basketball, and Volleyball courts, also, an outdoor pool, temperature controled fitness center with TV and waterfountain, playground for the children, and a car wash. The price is a little high for the area but well work it, I would reccomend it to anyone:) Thanks!
