Safety ? sometimes poor,parking & appearance, is ok,Office staff,unfriendly & somewhat rude at times, otherwise ok.Office manager is EXTREMLY hard to deal with & Very((UN-PROFESSIONAL)).Maintenance personal are friendly, but some repairs are never done or takes to long,but i feel that is due to poor management!Condition of the unit, ok, but in need of a new appliances.Noise,too much during the night time,10pm to am hours, not the place to live if you are a student or working professional.Over-all rating poor !
