Review for Heritage Apartments

Great layout, closets, space, location and price. Unfortunately between floor noise is such that neighbors sound like invisible roommates. You will always know if upstairs or downstairs neighbor is home. You will even hear them in the bathroom. yay. I had long conversation with manager about my noise tolerance and he said I would have no problems... WRONG. Expect ~$200 off your deposit, $100 for carpet and $100 for "additional cleaning". Wonder what I would have been charged if I hadn't left the kitchen and bathroom IMMACULATE.

I just moved out recently. Mgmt. witheld ninety eight dollars for carpet cleaning which I agreed to. (My lease said that I was responsible to have carpet cleaned by an approved company.) They did give me a copy of the bill where the paid to have it cleaned. I thought it was reasonable. Otherwise, the remainder of my deposit was refunded. All I did was follow the cleaning instructions that were with my lease. As for noise, I lived with someone above and also below and still very quiet not enough noise ever to bother me. I have lived in several apartments and never a place as quiet as this was. The management was very nice and took care of any repairs asap. I can highly reccomend Heritage Apartments.
