The landlord does Not screen renters. Rents to people with mental issues. Halls and parking are unsafe. No maintenance. Halls and common areas are not cleaned. Does not plow the parking lot. Light bulbs are Not even replaced. Has one second floor renter that harnasses people in the building and in the neighboring buildings.

A person was shot in front of the next door building. Never rent from this landlord.
