Review for Nakoma Heights Apartments

I have lived here for 3 years now and when my lease is up I will be getting the h*** out of here. The staff is rude and dont want to answer any questions you have just tell you to leave. The place isnt very well kept up or clean very unprofessional and I should know I been in the apartment management/caretaking business for 5+ years. The maintnance is horrible and never gets done. There was a roach problem a few months back that they didnt take care of until three months went buy where everyone had to basically stay in there apartments because it was bad. Some apartments I have been into are infested with Bed Bugs and they charge residents to clear them up when it is not there fault (for instance I just moved in and I got charged to have someone out to do it) The only thing nice about this place is its Low Income or Section 8 and if your not on that its cheaply priced. I would not recommend this place I am surprised its not condemed
