I will never rent here again, the winter months are just horrible. You literally freeze to death, the windows are not insulated one bit. As you sleep at night you feel the wind coming in from the cracks of the windows blowing right in your face. Also needs to upgrade the apartments alot of old appliances here.
If this is not your last resort, PLEASE do not move here!!!!!!!!!
