Review for Carolina Court Apartments

Safety within the complex is exceptional because the tenants are mostly working people who care about where they live and the quality of life. The location is very central, so despite its proximity to shopping, town, etc, it also close to neighbors of whom not all are desirable, as in the very poorly tenant-ed and high crime rate apartments across the street.
Parking is great because anyone can park anywhere, and so friends have no problems trying to find a "visitor" spot, although at least one tenant vehicle must be parked in the garage at all times.
The outdoor appearance is extremely well landscaped.
The staff vacuum the halls every Monday and then some.
Indoor definitely has wear in the carpet, fixtures, etc.
No noise.
I think overall that this apartment is great for a small family, a single quiet individual, and a couple who are just starting out. Even some students might find these apartments very desirable with NWTC kitty corner to its location.
