If you can, rent a parking spot. The building is VERY well-maintained, and the staff is very responsive. Although the walls are thinner than they appear, the environment is very quiet. What you won t understand about the higher price of rent (until you move in) is that you re paying for a great locale and a very secure building. There is an element of class to the building, and it s a wonderful place to call home. Two years and counting!
