Managment clueless, maintnance slow and doesnt fix things correctly and buildings are falling apart. Wimmer Brothers would rather spend money on a new office building on Hwy 100 then fix up any of there rental properties, and dont count on your deposite back. You would be better off renting from a differnt company like Bielinski
