Review for Premier Real Estate Management Llc Apartments

Once Again, another bad deal from Premier Real Estate. Railroad tracks run 50 ft away from apartment building, tooting horn at all hours of the night. Apt structure shakes and rattles.

Supposedly no Dogs are allowed in units. I had 3 neighbors, one below me, one on the other side (upper) and one adjacent to my unit with dogs barking at all hours, as well as doggy crap on the lawn and cement walkway.

As far as apartments are concerned, these are primo, modern, however, a bad location with a train and loud neighbors that like to thump bass at night time. Management Staff Pat is great, however, once again Dani Huffman, regional director for Premier Real Estate is rude and unprofessional. Her office is located @ Dublin Trail (another overpriced Premier Property off Irish Rd in the Town of Menasha, down the street from Irish Springs)

PS paying rent is a pain the butt, you have to mail your check to Premier Real Estate LLC in Brookfield, WI which makes it a pain if their office does not receive payment by the 1st of the month.

I would not recommend renting at this apartment or establishment.
