Review for Primrose Apartments

where to start,crack being sold right on the porches,and in front of kids...glad i got my kids out of there,was nothing to find full bottles of beer laying around the play grounds,management that knew illegals were living 8-9 ppl in an apt.goverment subsadized but damn if i wasnt honest and paid what was fair rent but management picked and chosed who paid rent and who was over looked,i guess if you got the manager high you got a deal,sry i dont get high anymore.....anyhow its known through the valley for its drugs and gangs so if you havent heard you must be new to the area ....avoid primrose its now run by dominion and thats a whole new book i could write
