Rented: From 2008 To 2009

As soon as my lease is over I am moving out. Our apartment was so cold this winter and my neighbors said that is normal. Normal? I wasn't expecting to hear that a cold apartment is normal. No matter how warm we had the temperature set at we were still freezing. Another neighbor had a pipe freeze and we were scared we were next. Thank the big man upstairs that we weren't but we are not taking the chance and staying here another winter.
