Review for Oak Park Apartments

Ive been here almost 2 years. The only issues i have is my annoying upstairs neighboor with a 3 year old who loves to run all day, parking isnt assigned so whenever it is you get home your more than likely a bit away from your apartment and in the winter so one can park for crap so you'll be hiking a mile. They plow for crap so the parking lot is ice almost all winter. The landscaping sucks, the remodeled the leasing office and made it look incredibly nice when they changed management but its really a front. There had idiots here before and even more working now. They are very friendly however, but totally useless and airheaded. The maintence is pretty good, although ive had a broken drawer since ive moved here and their handyman "fixed it" so yea its still broke. Not a bad place to live and its a decent size apartment. Id recommend it. Oh and if you have the option id recommend not being in an apartment within the courtyard because kids are up at 8am yelling and screaming all summer long, thats obnoxious also.
