Review for Captain's Cove Apartments

The management was generally completely unavailable during the supposed office hours. Although we were told it was no smoking, there was a constant cigarette stench because two tenants smoked inside, and our complaints about it were ignored. The windows and the walls leaked, driving up our heating cost, and the thermostat was practically falling off the wall. Repeated maintenance requests were ignored.
