Review for Valley Forge Apartments

Okay, so I just moved here, and the land lord said all these thing would be done and none of them have been, we moved in and they weren't done painting the apartment. The entire apartment smells like CAT URINE, and when telling the land lord he said he knew but the owner would have to come by and smell it for himself before he can make the decision to fix the problem. Oh and guess what, THE OWNER NEVER SHOWED!!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! The places are horrible. You smell weed in the hallways, people play their music really loud all hours of the day and night and there are kids running ramped and yelling at the top of their lungs.
