very unsafe place to be out at night. Not friendly neighbors. overall descent quality apartments. the carpet is disgusting, and the cabinets are made of a material that is cheap and ugly. the utility bills were very expensive here because of the heating and cooling systems they use. If you are looking for a relatively cheap place and dont wanna make any friends and worry through the night that a bullet might go through your window then live at georgetown apartments, its the place for you
