Review for Gold Leaf Development Apartments

I have recently moved out of the complex, and I'm very grateful. This is the worst place on earth. Especially the management. They are rude and have not an ounce of professionalism.

The buildings simply suck. They were constructed as cheaply as possible. The appliances constantly brake, the carpet is extremely cheap and the walls are thin. The holes in the foundation were so bad that literally hundreds of bugs could live amongst you... so during a Wisconsin winter you can't even begin to imagine how much the heating bill is.

Hope you didn't want your security deposit back, because this cheap outfit will do anything it takes to screw you out of as much of it as possible. They lied about everything and even charged for water spots on the shower fixtures!

Take some extra effort to find a nice place elsewhere in Sun Prairie or Madison.
