Review for Providence Heights Condos Apartments

Horrible! For $1250 a month, rain comes through closed windows, no check-in items were addressed for almost 3 months, after new management took over; Gas fireplace not working; problems with electrical system, mold grew in basement storage units after recent heavy rains; garbage dumpster enclosed in portion next to underground garage is too small for the size of the building/number of tenants; peeling and falling paint and plaster around window sides and sills due to the elements coming through from outside!! Mosquitos and Flies came in all summer because of the gaps; had to deal with mosquitos while sleeping at night. Looking at the empty condo one couldn't see the things wrong in the structure. The owner rented this to us knowingly, was not honest and never saw him face to face; everything was done remotely and by sending someone to hand out keys, etc, who couldn't answer any questions. Much of the whole Providence neighborhood reportedly has many similar problems - Only four years old, some buildings even newer, but it looks pretty from the outside. Unbelievable with rents as high as they are; and unacceptable no matter what.
