great place to live. although there are gang members and lots a graffiti, i still fell extremely safe. the gangsters around here dont mess with normal people and the living conditions are great. i wouldnt recommend any peoples nation gangsters to move here because this whole neighborhood is HillCrest Gangster Disciples. great place for children.

You have this building confused with the Hillcrest Aptartments that are located on Grand Ave. The above listed apartments did not open until 1994 so you could not have rented starting in 1991. The Hillcrest park apartments that are located on Shepherd Ct. in Waukesha are elegant apartments. There are no gang members or graffiti on this area. I- amongst many others who live there are professionals with careers.
