Review for Fox Meadows Apartments

Honestly, i didn't mind living here but we just got the rates for next year and we live in a one bedroom...they're upping the rent to over $715/month for a 600 sq ft apartment! are you kidding? They make you pay heat, water, elec. they provide cable and free wireless that we haven't even received yet. the carpet is like sitting on a hard floor...it's hardly there. The fan in the bathroom sounds like theres a rat stuck in it...shit, there probably is. These people definitely aren't DLK..however, there was one time right when we moved in i told them the tub was clogged horribly and they said they'd be up that day...they never came and we did it ourselves.
The maintenence guy lives down on first floor and he's creepy as hell...i will never call him to fix ANYTHING! Him and his old nasty redneck friends sit on his patio right by the building entrance with their shirts off watching people go in and out.

The fitness center...don't even think about it. The treadmills are loud enough to cause hearing damage and everything else is broken. The TV in there doesn't even work, only about half the washing machines and dryers even work. ugh..i'm sick of student housing. and they want to up the rates...funny.
