Review for Waterside Apartments

I moved in, sold by the "sound proofing" claim on the website, yet that amenity doesn't seem to exist, at least not in the unit we had. We could hear our neighbors' conversations completely; yelling wasn't even necessary. We submitted complaints, but management disregarded them.

The place also appears to have been put up quickly, as there are obvious shortcuts in construction: the floors don't quite reach the walls in all rooms, the windows aren't sealed completely and you can hear the wind blowing through, etc. I wouldn't recommend this place. The neighborhood is great, and luckily, you can find a nicer complex than the waterside apts in the area. Good luck!
