Review for Sandhill Apartments

The apartments themselves are really nice inside and outside. They are only 3 years old so are in very good condition. There are 2 baths in each apartment and up to 4 bedrooms. There are a total of 6 apartments in the building all housing college students. It is coslty, $300 per person plus utilities. The major problem is that the landlord is around 24/7. She is always around bothering the tenants as if she was a Resident Assistant in a dorm building. There is no chance of having a party or small get together...she will be watching!! She shows up without notifying you. She ended up giving the key to 5 different people to get into my apartment for unscheduled maintenance. For the most part it was an uncomfortable place to live.
