WOW..sandpiper is a very bad choice the worst mistake me and my husband ever made the maintence sucks they loud and wont help you with anything they would only allow us to do a month to month leese when our first one was up cause they said we called maintence to much but there are so many problems with those apts YOU WILL REGRET IT STAY AWAY FROM SANDPIPER IN ATHENS AL
