Terrible Apartment

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

Their maintence people weren't very smart. They never actually fixed anything. There was a leak in our ceiling, rather than fixing the roof they put a board over the leaky spot. Before we left, we started getting mice. And we kept our apt clean! Lots of mice! It was disgusting. They never did pest control. And I think there was asbestis in the insulation. I would never reccomend anyone to live with any of Tim Rhodes Properties!
