You can tell the new management of this property (and Candlewood Apts) are really trying to take care of it. Very affordable for the quality of life, and at least on the front side of the complex, pretty quiet and free from crime, etc. The kids run around the neighborhood, but it's a far cry from the college-aged renters at similarly priced places in town. It's a plus that the washer and dryer came with my apartment (I didn't have the $$ to buy appliances). Office staff is SUPER NICE and accommodating, and I'd stay just because I like them, but I have to move for work. :-)
