The place needs A LOT OF WORK DONE TO IT. Repairs need to be done and they NEVER come when you need them and I believe the Maintenance guy lives on the premises. Also whenever you call the office, the Office Manager is gone for the day (a lot of times).

All they did was collect Rent.
