Review for 2000 Central Parkway Apartments

These apartments are very nice to look at, but not so much for a peaceful living experience. Just like any other apartment you are faced with inconsiderate tenants. Before I moved in I chose a bottom floor unit since I was told the apartments have been designed to block upstairs noise. That had to be a lie because the noise is unbearable. If my neighbors even do so much as flush their toilet--it sounds like the waves in the ocean crashing down my wall. If they get up to walk across the room I hear each toe hit the floor or so it seems. When I notified management of this problem thinking maybe it was my neighbors---they simply stated well they are just living. In order to make a legitimate claim to disturbance they would have to witness it first hand through a noise complaint officer or something to that affect. That was impossible because neither myself or my neighbors occupied our unit until after office hours. I am guessing nothing ever came of it because I still hear their television, radio, conversations, foot steps, and bathroom breaks. Not to mention when they walk up the stairs you would think they were in your very own living room. Definitely not worth the money unless looks is your only deciding factor.
