Campus Properties LLC is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They never responded to maintenance requests. Before I moved in my blinds were torn and ragged, I was told they would be replaced, however it was never done. There are also a lot of sketchy people living here, as was a break-in in one the the apts. The walls are so thin I could hear evey step made my the people above and beside me. When I moved out Campus Properties kept over $300 of my $450 deposit for painting and carpet cleaning, although the apt was left in great condition. I wrote a letter contesting the charges, and included a copy of my walk-though paperwork which mentioned none of the items for which I was being charged. However, my money was not refunded.
