The management staff is very nice and the maintenance crew is very quick (fixed by the next day). The apartments are older but the carpet was clean and the walls were painted before I moved in. The appliances are updated. The only thing that I didn't like was the bathroom. There was rust in my tub and sink. Maintenance replaced my sink but the tub is still rusted. I just put down a bath mat to cover it up. Parking is pretty good. I can always find a spot close to my apartment. Neighbors are friendly and it has a family friendly atmosphere. The price could be better but overall i enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to others.
