Review for Peppertree Apartments

When we lived at Peppertree about a year ago, there was a different manager. I must admit he was very nit-picky about how residents had to clean their ovens and such--he would evict people for not keeping a very tidy home upon inspection every few months. Otherwise his outlook was pretty sunny and he made sure that every single unit was brand new looking before someone moved in. Maintenance was fabulous and almost immediate, and the units were all top notch at move in. The only thing was that the security was non-existent, there were alot of drug related people walking around and smoking on their porches in groups. The atmosphere was frightening and I would not advise moving there if you are afraid of the "ghetto".
