Review for Evans Realty Inc Apartments

I will not rent from them ever again.

Requested replacement of carpet when I first moved in because it was in such a bad shape. They were not willing to. So, I figured although it looks awful but I could live with it if cleaned well. After I moved out, they charged “carpet cleaning + painting + admin fee” for a total of $265 due to the fact they think the carpet and floor LOOKS dirty. Can it be in a worse shape than it was when I moved in? I didn't write or paint or hang pictures or do damage on the walls.

Ladies at the front desk were rude and not helping. Told them issues I was having with the apartment, and they always said they would look into it. But nothing was done at all. When I mentioned them again to them, they blamed me for not telling them earlier. Rude! Rude! with attitude......
