Known especially for their view of Birmingham, the Terrace Apartments offer a beautiful sight for all residents to experience. Situated in the safe area of Homewood, the apartments are also near the Vulcan Park Museum, the University of Alabama, the Birmingham Museum of Art, and the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame. Reviews claim the view is what draws people in, however, they also note that the staff is exceptionally wonderful in accommodating tenants needs. Breckenridge Apartments rest on Greendale Place, near Overton Road. Tenants are fond of the short distance to the Cahaba Mall Shopping Center and the Cahaba Heights Plaza Shopping Center beside I-459. There's a Whole Food's Market just down the road too. Occupants are just 5 miles from downtown Birmingham and near plenty of bus stops to take them there. Renters enjoy a safe and quiet neighborhood. Formerly known as Aai Kenley, the very upscale Kenley Apartments are centered around Birmingham’s lovely Lake Purdy. Consistently awarded the title of “Best Apartment Community,” Kenley is known for its close-knit neighborhood-style atmosphere and beautiful views. Some key features include a PGA style golf course and a state-of-the-art swimming pool. Also nearby is the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame and the brewery, Last Drop Inn. Brook Highland Place sits just off of Brook Highland Parkway in a great spot, close to the University of Phoenix. Birmingham is a short ways away and less than a 20 minute drive. Located in the Brookhighland Plaza right across the street; Hooters, IHop, Tortuga Cafe, and Mellow Mushroom are just a few places to grab something to eat or do some shopping. One reviewer talked about how the apartments were lovely to live in and how quickly maintenance worked to resolve orders. The Stonegate apartments reside in the Brighton area of Birmingham near the popular attractions: Splash Adventure Water Park, Bessemer Flea Market, and the family owned restaurant, The Bright Star. The Stonegate is known for the luxurious grounds, beautiful landscaping, and spacious rooms. Unfortunately a few reviewers explained that the apartments can get a bit noisy and felt that many of the apartments were cheaply made.
