Apartments are not safe, apartment ad says "This luxurious gated community is specifically designed for the upscale student" this is very untrue about 40% of the apartments being rented are rented individuals who are not attending school and who do not have any regard for the residents that are attending school. Management has no regard for request from the residents that would help maintain the grounds. Security is never on duty and around when you need them. The "Gated Community" is not gated when the gates never work. The apartment would be idea for the student who wanted to live in a "College Type" atmosphere, if there were not issues with security, unconcerned mangement, and people who actually attended school. My lease with Collegiate Hall is not being renewed and I adivse to any perspective residents to run and save themselves.
