Frank the "plumber" made me grab my ankles while he cleaned his pipes. All because I asked for them to waive my $200 late fee. I've only been here a month, and Social Security doesn't cover most of my expenses so I hope I don't have to do this every few weeks. Who knows, maybe next time, Frank will make me take out my teeth...if you know what I mean. I just got those paid for too. Sometimes I think that if I were a woman things would be better here.
