it seems nice when you don't live there, but once you live there you quickly learn it's flaws. the place always smells of dog poop. there are spiderwebs and dead bugs all around the lights, railings and in front of the doors. it takes a while for them to come fix anything. the door lock sticks and i have to jiggle it for a few minutes to unlock or lock my door. i overall do not feel safe there. and when i looked into changing from a one bedroom to a two bedroom while in my current lease, they would charge me $300 and i would have to pay full price on the two bedroom.
