I had to move to Colonial Village of Inverness because I had a safe issue at Colony Woods Apartments. I could break my lease if I choice to transfer to another Colonial Property. The police have visited the apartment under mine 3 times in 5 months (that I know off) and my bathroom smells like pot when I get home from work. I don't know if it's the people that live in the apartment under me or behide me. I've been reporting AC problems since May. It takes about 3-4 days for them to actually fix it. But it's never been completely fixed. I was told my one maintaince work that the unit needed to be replaced. It's 88 degrees in my apartment right now and it has been for three days. I've left four messages with the office. I spoke with a leasing agent about it. He told me they were on their way and I've gone in the office and complainted twice. All of the outside lights were and the street light were out for over a week. It took four calls to the office and one online complaint with the Properties before they were replaced. The most annoying thing about living here is the lack of communication. I've asked them serverly times to tell me if they were not going to be able to get to my apartment that day because if not, I would like to have time to make arrangements to stay somewhere else. They always tell me that they are going to fix it. But it never happens.
