I really cannot say enough nice things about these apartments and the management. After an AWFUL stay at another 280 apartment complex, moving here was like a breath of fresh air. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful, and continued to be so until my move out day. Everytime I would go to the office or see a staff member they would say hello and greet me by name. I was very happy with the apartment, and was amazed at how big it was (over 1400 square feet) for a reasonable price. True, rent on 280 is costly, but it is worth it for such a nice area and being so close to everything. The apartment was full storage and many other things that are not usually found in apartments. A large pantry, two large bathrooms, a huge covered balcony on the back and a smaller one on the front, tons of closets, and lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. My only complaint was that there wasn't a linen closet, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The few maintenance problems I had during my lease were prompty taken care of within 24 hours. Trash service is great as well. You are issued a bin that you place outside your door and three times a week it is picked up. Zero hassle on your part! My power bills were very low (usually under $100) since the buildings very well insulated and there are tons of trees for shade to keep the heat low. Most days I would open both sets of balcony doors and a breeze would flow through the apartment and it was wonderful. The landscaping is wonderful and it is very nice to walk around the property, and there are lots of shade trees. Parking is great, I always got to park right in front of my building no matter what time of day I got home. The pools were nice, as was the gym, which has code entry so you could workout any time you wanted. I recently moved out of state, or I would be there still. When I come back to Birmingham, I will for sure sign another lease with Inverness Landing!
