I have stayed here for the past two years and it is horrible. I chose to live here due to the low rental rates and myself being a student. The office personnel is never available, maintenance will only respond to threats of obtaining outside contractors, the grounds are always filthy, and the list pretty much goes on....
I would not recommend anyone renting an apartment from Oxmoor Ridge and I cannot wait until I can leave here.
