they will lie to you from day one and then they make up junk to charge you for to screw you out of your deposit. the office burnt down b/c of arson.. crime problem.... i think so!! and lets talk about the ghetto thump of rap music coming from vehicles every day of the week, or maybe lets discuss the other fires that have occured this past year... yes fireS as in plurarl.... the office staff is dumb and lazy... especially the managers- they lost my rent twice then when i showed them the reciept of payment, she said "oh well the girl that signed for it has had money come up missing b4" and that is my problem, because....?!?!?! lets talk about the "gated" community... yes there are gates up, but they've been open for at least 1.5 years so some security that provides.... and how about the answering service that have attitudes out of this world... i could go on for days, but in short you will be lied to, stolen from, frustrated by, and driving stark raving mad by the villiage idiots that run the overlook in the HOOD!!!!!!! and yes, ghettoness is abound... don't be fooled by the outter appearance, drive by at night sometime, hang out with the roaches and lizards, and and get a feel for the complex, you'll see what i mean and you'll be so thankful you overlooked the overlook
