Management here is very nice at the start with reasonable rent rates, however once you rent, they forget about you and you are on your own. Flooding created mold, which they promised to fix for a whole year. My persistent calls and written documentation of problems at the main office got ignored 98% of the time. Nothing in this apartment ever got fixed when I lived here, even though I would call daily to find out about the maintenace schedule and when the work order would be done. These problems ranged from small ones such as an electric outlit not working to mold problems (which I complained about for 1 year), a SEWAGE SMELLS INSIDE, and an insecure front door with no safety latch. Good luck if you ever choose to live here.
