Good location I agree with. Staff leaves much to be desired. Safety is horrible. There have been more than a few killings, muggings and stabbings there. Parking is a joke. You pay an extra fee to park in the lot, then you can NEVER find a parking space. No assigned parking. As for the so-called "Residents Assoc.", it's no more than a circus of egomaniac geriatrics and people bitching about poor conditions and lack of safety. The minutes get handed off to Mgmt. and nothing ever changes except the rent and fees.
Don't EVEN get me started about the antiquated elevators that take up to 20 mins. to get on or off.
