Apartment Review for Central Garden Apartments

When we first moved to South Park a year ago, everyone raved about how the apartments had been redone and the community was progressing. However, after the 1st of the year, we realized that the neighborhood was, at best, declining at a supersonic rate. Then, we were robbed, and that's when we realized that the police only use South Park Drive as a thoroughway, as do most residents surrounding South Park Drive. People "hang out" all hours of the day and night in the community, so much so that it is hard to find a parking space within two streets of your apartment at times. There are gunshots up until 4 and 5 am, just for fun. Little kids run unsupervised through the neighborhood, and cars speed by on the wrong side of the road. The "yards" are small, and if you aren't careful, you could walk out of your front or back door right into somebody waiting to jump you for no apparent reason. <P>
