I have lived in Collegiate for two years and it is time to leave. The Mgmt is a joke and they are very unprofessional. The parking is bad but even worse in the summer. The workout equipment does not work and the computer don't work properly half the time. If you don't already know your roomates then that could be awful also. So move in at your own RISK!!!!!
