Apartment Review for Colonial Village At Trussville

The amount they are charging for these apartments is some what ridiculous. The apartment has mold and water damage and if you take a close look at the apartments they really need repair. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The staff tells you one thing and then change what they have said the next day. They do not follow up like they promise. Being from out of state and not knowing anything about Birmingham we were duked in to staying at these apartments because of the coach at Jefferson State. In the year we have been at the apartments management has changed 3 times.
