Still Aspen Run -- Better Off Staying In A Room

The banners say "No Credit Check" for all of those who have have trouble in the past. They greet you with a smile to get you in and tell you of a 22 million dollar renovation. You pay all of this money that you cannot get back because it's for an administrative fee... and pay $50.00 just to apply to stay.
You move in and realize the roaches are already staying there. Your balcony has nails in the ceiling because they hired illegals to fix them. They charge so much money for rent but are very, very slow to fix anything - that's IF they fix it.
You are better off staying in a room and paying by week. Do not move here. A nice place to stay.... THEY'RE BLUFFING... Aspen Run AWAY....
