This place only looks nice when you first pull in. After that its over. You never know who's in the ofice because they have a new staff everyday. Management is horrible and the maintenance is not at all good. I'm ashamed to say that I stayed there. I mean its awful and i'm saying this out of true honesty. The manager doesn't know how to run a business and her staff needs training on how to conduct a better living situation. We pay top notch money for these run down apartments and the treament we receive is not fair. Places like Highland Bluff, Highland Peak, and Highland View should be turned over to the housing authorities because thats what its becoming. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR TIME NOR MONEY BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH IT.
