Review for Highland Bluff Apartments

Me and my husband moved here to these apartments September 15 with the expectations of a good place and good move in special. What we got was roach crap on the walls, stove, in the refrigerator, dead roaches in the refrigerator and the stove. Floor boards are loose and the noise is crazy. We have complained over and over and over about the neighbor across the hall from us and the landlord does absolutely nothing. They are in breach of their contract so many times by being in the breezeway keeping up noise. They have a balcony, but they would rather sit on the steps next to my door and talk loudly and bang on the rail that is attached to my wall. Good luck on getting your move in special because you won't even see that. We were promised a $100 Visa gift card and we haven't seen it yet. The office staff doesn't want to take care of any problems that you address to them. Don't move here unless you want to spend money you don't have to take care of the roach problem and every other problem in here. This place sucks big time. When you see Highland Bluff drive right on past it. If you like noise and rude people then this is the place for you, but if you are a student and you like peace and quiet go somewhere else.
